Our tireless pursuit of safety, combined with our innovative strength, has made us a co-author of the planning guidelines for ÖNORM B 3417. Furthermore, we are proud to be co-founders of the international working group D.A.CH.S. This working group brings together experts from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and South Tyrol who are working together to develop and implement cross-border regulations for fall protection systems.

Ensuring safe working conditions means taking into account technical, organizational, and personal factors in the workplace.
In Austria and Germany, specialized occupational safety agencies and various professional associations are responsible for monitoring compliance with safety regulations on rooftops. Under the Construction Work Coordination Act, the employer or the client/building owner is obligated to comply with statutory worker protection regulations—and in particular the Construction Worker Protection Ordinance.
If a workplace accident occurs on the roof and no appropriate safety measures were taken in advance in accordance with occupational safety guidelines, the employer is liable. To ensure that all legal as well as moral and ethical standards are met, INNOTECH sees its role as sharing its expertise, for example through detailed training sessions for customers, partners, and employees.
