In order to make this enormous glass surface safely accessible for subsequent tasks, seven INNOTECH lifeline systems of 216 m total length were planned and installed jointly with Seele Austria. AIO-SYST-20 and AIO SYST-20-SZH were developed for this; these are used as anchor points, end and corner points, and intermediate brackets in the cable system.
Implementation with INNOTECH lifeline systems
Their special features: By means of slider guides, the components fit perfectly to the profile width of between 475 mm and 695 mm. The distance between supports was extended from 7 to 12 m.
The distance between the raised beading on the corrugated sheeting and intermediate brackets is up to 200 mm. They were designed specifically for corrugated sheeting cover caps (steel/aluminium) with a sheet thickness of at least 0.5 mm.
