20 years filled with vision, innovations, technical progress, and customer dedication – that is how to describe the time since our foundation in a few words. To honour the “round” birthday, there was a private company event at our headquarters in Kirchham, Upper Austria.

Fall protection systems wherever one looked

With our INNO|fair on 1 and 2 September, we created meeting zones, as well as space for a lot of interesting discussions. In addition to the numerous guests, all our employees were also very welcome at this event. Refreshed by the employee celebration held the previous evening, the INNOTECH team was fully engaged in presenting what the company is made of.

Completely in keeping with the motto “Safety systems to get your hands on”, subject-specific info-corners were set up across the company premises. For example, there was also the option of abseiling using the PSA-STRING harness in the corner for the personal protective equipment/lifeline system AIO.

But that was only the start – for example, in addition to the BARRIER guardrail system, the TAURUS rail system, and the 360° services, our product innovation, modular fall prevention system for windows (MFS), was also waiting to be discovered. Questions about our products were answered in every info-corner, inputs were provided, and many impressive discussions took place.

The thrill of speed

As well as all the information provided, there also had to be time for fun. So, for example, on our self-built GOKART TRACK, a number of participants showed off their hidden skills as racing drivers. Little by little, the first day drew to a close. The evening came to a worthy close with a look back into the past in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

What had started the previous day was continued on 2 September. A tour of the family-led company provided an insight into the existing first-name company culture. Once again, all info-corners were available for open discussion to the newly arrived guests and to all other participants.
