"Shared knowledge is real strength"

In line with this INNOTECH guiding principle, our internal training days took place from January 8th to 10th. Almost all employees from our 3 branches have gathered at the headquarters in Kirchham to update themselves after the well-deserved Christmas holidays and the start of a new decade. The annual training days are usually used for professional training and to refresh various product and company knowledge. Due to the international approach, interpersonal exchange plays a no less important role. Once again this year the opportunity was taken to get to know the new employees personally from other branches or to exchange face-to-face over one or the other project.

Focus on efficient working methods, occupational safety and customer orientation

Office management training started on Wednesday, focusing primarily on general working methods and the use of tools to increase efficiency. The new vision, mission and updated corporate values of INNOTECH were also presented.

Thursday provided a fire protection course from our inno | firefighter Danzer Martin for some of the employees, followed by a refresher course in first aid from our company doctor Dr. Pamminger. In numerous practical exercises, our first aiders were able to put the knowledge they had acquired into practice and train for emergencies.

The rest of our workforce was able to devote themselves to a particularly exciting and extensive topic with particular relevance. In a 2-day workshop, more than 50 employees from the departments of sales, R&D, product management and marketing from 3 countries dealt with the added value of our products. We started with the general INNOTECH USPs, followed by the features of various products groups. The respective technical product details were discussed in several groups as well as the benefits we can offer our customers. This intensive workshop not only brought some completely new insights and perspectives to light, but also promoted the understanding and awareness between the individual departments.

2020 under the sign of our new management system

Development rather than stagnation has proven to be a particular success potential for our company in recent years. Accordingly, we will implement a new, forward-looking management system in 2020 in order to focus our tasks and goals even better and thus be able to optimally record and meet the needs of our customers.

To bring this new strategy closer to all employees, Friday started with a short introductory lecture on the basics, processes and tools of this system.

Afterwards the nice weather was used for a photo shoot of the entire team according to our motto "the whole team stands together". Here, too, the special ingenuity of our employees was evident. In order to get the best possible result, a lifting platform was organized to offer our photographer the best perspective.

Kick-off party to start the new working year

The training days at the beginning of the year have now become a real institution for our company and symbolize the start of the new year. At the end of this week, we kicked off our new goals as part of the kick-off party on Friday evening and discussed the strategies for 2020 with a drink or two.
