AIO lifeline system – NOT PASSABLE

The AIO LIFELINE SYSTEM – NON-TRAMPSABLE is used wherever a horizontal surface needs to be secured. Whether along roofs, façades or in industrial settings, it provides optimum protection against falls (from a height). Not only does it adapt to complex building structures, but it can also be securely fixed to a wide variety of substructures. The modular and versatile system components ensure error-free and straightforward installation. As the lifeline system consists of individual components that cannot be stepped over, any re-routing or unhooking must be carried out within the system itself.

Efficient installation thanks to long fastening distances of up to 15 m.
Easy and, above all, quick installation thanks to the end lock with integrated energy absorber.
A simple system without sliders; however, a Y-lanyard is required for the person using the system to secure themselves.
Fall prevention (protection) system and rope access method in a single system, thanks to the ability to combine selected supports with abseil points.

The main component of the system is our sturdy and tried-and-tested 8 mm stainless steel cable. The rope, in combination with the various individual components – such as the non-climbable intermediate brackets and curve elements, as well as the end lock with integrated fall arrest shock absorption – together form a coherent, integrated system. A Y-lanyard is required to ensure safe movement within the lifeline system. This connects the person to the safety harness (full body harness) and the lifeline system.

Reduction in installation time
Depending on the substructure, the fastening distance can be up to 15 m. From a cost-effectiveness perspective, the large fastening distance has a positive impact on the entire installation process.

Easy checking of operational readiness
The clearly visible cable fastening allows for an accurate assessment of the cable clamping and thus a simple check of the cable system’s operational readiness (end lock with viewing window).

Variable corner layout
The AIO-EDLE-15 curve element enables a variable, angle-dependent and non-traversable corner layout for the AIO-LIFELINE SYSTEM-NICHTÜBERFAHRBAR.
