BARRIER-SYST Guardrail system for metal profile roofs
The BARRIER-SYST guardrail system is the ideal solution for securing metal profile roofs up to an inclination of 10° (e.g. industrial buildings, storage halls, etc.). It provides reliable fall protection without requiring roof penetration. Thanks to installation using clamps on the seam or metal profile, the roof cladding remains intact and undamaged. This innovative system was developed specifically for the requirements of modern construction projects, and it ensures a safe work environment on roofs. The BARRIER-SYST system complies with standard EN 13374:2019 and thus ensures maximum safety standards. The flexible attachment, damage-free installation and long working life provide long-term protection for people in the fall-risk area.
- Flexible attachment: Three different types of attachment make it simple to adapt to various substructures.
- Damage-free installation: The direct mounting onto the metal profile avoids the need for roof penetration.
- Integrated toe board: An included toe board compensates for the lack of a parapet on metal profile roofs, and ensures additional safety. weights on the roof or for roof penetrations.

BARRIER-SYST - Technical data
The guardrail system consists of high-quality materials (aluminium, stainless steel). This makes it robust and weather- resistant. The guardrail, together with the various components, such as the foot units, posts, booms, combine to create a harmonised system.

Together with the BARRIER-SYST-01, BARRIER-SYST-04 and BARRIER-SYST-20, the BARRIER-SYST can be adapted to various substructures. This makes it a flexibly deployable system.

Colour adaptation
